The leak will be repaired if possible.
Replacement of Blower Motor (Non-OEM if available).
Replacement of Condenser Fan Motor (Non-OEM if available) Compressor Change out If required. If refrigerant has changed to acid the customer will pay for
the acid clean up and 2nd day labor. Acid will be detected by an acid test and shown to the homeowner.
Replace Blown Fuses and repair low voltage short.
If repair is not listed on here, then the customer will pay the regular price for the repair minus 10%.
Credits for new units
After the first 12 months the customer will receive $250.00 credit for a new unit.
After a consecutive 24 months the customer will receive $500.00 credit for a new unit.
After a consecutive 36 months the customer will receive $1,000.00 (CAP) credit for a new unit.
Payment schedule.
The Plan will be billed out monthly to the Credit Card on file.
Excludes:
Equipment that does not match, Any do it yourself installed Equipment (ie Mr. Cool, tec.), All R-22 Equipment, Units 9 years old and above.
