Called to ensure that the problem my a/c system is experiencing was legitimately diagnosed by my go-to a/c guy. Randall at Zephyr explained the problem and told me the solution. It was precisely what my regular a/c guy said. Some times you need a second opinion to ensure you’re not being taken advantage of, rather, being taken care of. Randall was polite and professional and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. If my a/c were not honest or if he goes out of business, Zephyr will be my replacement go-to. I highly recommend.
